*More dramatic ballads such as “Alice” created a contrast, and another moving  one, “Far Away” was particularly popular

Toe tapping hand clapping and fundraising accompanied the songs at Capel Musc Festival on Sunday. The event was held to raise money for Surrey Air Ambulance the helicopter emergency medical service for the county, and among those who graced the stage  Electix who organisers said “had the place Rocking’- Frazer Kennedy & Friends also proved popular with a set including hits Yesterday’s Gone and Damn You All with the up-tempo songs bringing the youngsters to the dance floor. More dramatic Ballads such as Alice created a contrast and Far Away, another moving Ballad was particularly popular. Frazer who will also play the Weyfest on Sunday of next week said he enjoyed the event and praised the organisers. “As artists we were well catered for and everything was well laid out”. Other artists he enjoyed watching were two piece act  Across the Border and Leatherhead based Macavity’s Cat , who he said were “absolutely fantastic ‘. “ The whole thing turned in to a Barn Dance,” he said. “It was great”.
